Unlimited email/phone/text support
Discuss labor, birth and postpartum preferences and goals
Provide references and resources as needed
On call for you 24/7 from your 38th week of pregnancy
I provide in person (or virtual) support during your labor/birth at home and/or in hospital
Approximately 2 hours (or more if needed) of immediate postpartum support
1-2 postpartum visits during the first few weeks after birth
